- Upon receipt of your submission, we will promptly notify you regarding the acceptance status of the item.
- For items of small size and convenient portability, we are equipped to arrange a pickup.
- In the case of larger or heavier items, we offer the option of connecting you with a professional mover or handyman, or alternatively, we will forward the photographs of the item to our qualified recipients for their consideration.
- Kindly be advised that we are unable to accept heavily used, broken, or items in poor condition, as well as old items, used mattresses, drapes, bedding, or tablecloths.
